We Speak Your Language
MCI has a specialised division that coordinate the medical care of patients travelling to Sydney from outside Australia. You are taken care of by a Guest Services Coordinator who is familiar with your cultural expectations and trained to interpret in the medical setting. Once your appointment has been confirmed by MCI, our Guest Services Coordinator can assist you with travel and lodging arrangements related to your visit.

Sydney International Airport
The closest international port of entry to Sydney is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Sydney and 30 minutes from the major Sydney Hospitals.
Transportation
Our Guest Services Coordinator can arrange for a sedan car or limousine to meet you and take you to your hotel upon arrival at Kingsford Smith International Airport. There is a fee for this service. Accommodations
M.C.I. provides clients with comfortable, safe and convenient accommodations through its well respected affiliates. Once your appointments with MCI have been confirmed, our Guest Services Coordinator will assist you with your accommodations. Please contact us at for reservations or more information about our services.
After discharge from hospital the patient is visited on a daily basis by a trained nursing professional and/or doctor, until the patient is discharged by the treating physician, either to return home, or perhaps avail themselves of our tourist attractions.
Hotels in Sydney
We are delighted to make lodging reservations suited to your needs and budget. Our Guest Services Coordinator can book most hotels in downtown metropolitan Sydney and the surrounding region, as well as offer you a complete range of short and long-term lodging options. Please note that you must have a confirmed appointment to request this service.
Apartment Accommodations
Within the metropolitan area, a variety of apartment accommodations are available to patients who are staying long-term or prefer a more home-like environment. Units located close to your MCI treating Hospital and are reserved for patients who wish to upgrade their overnight inpatient stay.
Alternatively, your choice from a wide range of five star deluxe accommodation; with exquisitely decorated private rooms and suites featuring fine wood furnishings, private baths, entertainment centres, and an array of special amenities are available within proximity of the treating MCI affiliate hospitals. These facilities offer the discerning patients not only the finest medical care but also the utmost in comfort and privacy. Please, note that all accommodation bookings must be pre-approved by your MCI admitting medical consultant to suit your medical needs.
